Pilates:  1 hour focused on control, centering, balanced muscle development, flexibility and relaxation.

Personal Training: 1 hour focused on individual fitness desires and needs. Sessions incorporate stability, core work, strength exercises, HIIT, stretching and restorative work.

Pre & Post Natal: 1 hour focused on strengthening the pelvic floor, transverse muscles, legs and back to prepare for a successful delivery and recovery. Relaxation exercises to release muscle tension, practice for birthing and post delivery stress management.

Corporate Group Classes: Pilates, Barre, Sculpt & Boot Camp.

Nutrition: 1 hour counseling to create an empowering relationship with food. Build a foundation of healthy & realistic habits that are sustainable while finding pleasure with what you eat.
