As a professional dancer, Annie traveled the globe in Broadway national tours. Her career continually stressed her body resulting in chronic pain and injuries. Seeking relief sparked her passion for a balanced approach to fitness and a better quality of life. As an educator and trainer, Annie has been instructing better movement, posture, and healthy lifestyles for over 12 years throughout NYC.
Her approach, “MASTER YOUR MOVEMENT” views Pilates and personal training as the foundation to a healthy lifestyle, with a strong emphasis on technique. Each session focuses on the building blocks of complex movements that are subconsciously used in everyday life. These include precision of breath, mind/body awareness, strength, mobility, and coordination.
Under Annie’s guidance you will sweat. Not through “auto-pilot” physical exertion, but with conscious focus. You’ll concentrate on form and awareness of technique to build a consistent practice, resulting in better posture, less daily aches and pains with a stronger and more focused mind and body.
